The Recipe for dads Macaroni Salmon Salad:

Ok first of all he cooks like you do so most of these measurements are guestimations and to taste so you might have to play with it a bit.

1 package salad Macaroni 16 oz boiled and drained to preferred tenderness

12 boiled eggs chopped

approx 3/4 cups sweet or dill pickles chopped

1/2 Cup green onions chopped (mostly the greens)

2 short stalks or 1/2 Cup celery chopped finely

3 small cans of sliced olives

1 1/2 -2 cups frozen peas

1 Large can of Salmon

2-4 cups of Mayo, to desired consistency

approx 1/4 Cup Mustard

Mix thoroughly and allow to combine in the refridgerator. Best if served after 24-48 hours.
